"A More Perfect Union"
Copies of “A More Perfect Union: American Independence and the Constitution” have been distributed to every secondary school in North Dakota. A More Perfect Union is a highly respected publication produced by the CHOICES for the 21st Century, an educational outreach program of the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. The materials were distributed to teachers urging them to present a one-week activity on September 17 – Constitution Day. Schools receiving federal funds are required to teach the U.S. Constitution during the week of September 17.
