| A misdemeanor | 1 year prison, $2,000 fine, or both | Interfering in the arrest of another person, refusing to testify, interfering in the conduct of an election, distributing obscene material |
| B misdemeanor | 30 days in jail, $1,000 fine, or both | Willfully causing bodily harm to another; using slugs in a vending machine, disobeying a police officer in a riot |
