    Within 15 Days of Precinct Caucuses Legislative District Meeting
    • Elect district officers
    • Elect other executive committee members
    • Fill precinct committee member vacancies
    By July 1 State Committee Meeting
    • Elect state party officers
    • Organize state executive committee
